Transportation questions

How far is Tocumen Airport from Panama City?
Tocumen International Airport (PTY) is about 24 km east of downtown Panama City. The drive usually takes 30 to 45 minutes, and longer at peak traffic, so we time every pickup around your flight and your hotel.
Can you handle arrivals on different flights?
Yes. We group passengers by arrival time, assign vehicles to each wave and keep a coordinator following the flights, so nobody waits longer than necessary.
Which vehicles will we travel in?
Vehicles are chosen for each movement by group size, luggage and type of service, from executive sedans and SUVs to vans, midibuses and full-size coaches. Capacity and availability are confirmed with every proposal.
Do you offer transportation for congresses and events?
Yes. Delegate shuttles, speaker and VIP transfers, and large-scale passenger movements between hotels, venues and off-site activities are planned around the event schedule.
